The fact is Apple can make you skinnier. There are flashy fruit and juices that make a person mouth go watery and put aside and apple but after going through it benefits it made me put aside other flashy fruits and opt for apple for gaining health benefits.

1. Benefit: Nutrition, straight up.

a medium size apple provides 4 grams of soluble fiber which in turn amount to 95 calories, an apple bite early morning makes a sweet snack.  So for meeting the daily calorie diet around 2000 opt for an apple and makes the bright and stay healthy. Apples are also considered immune boosting vitamin C.

It’s not surprising every over weight would love to loose weight, eat two cup of dry apple and satisfy your need for calories, in recent study it had been proved dried apples make a  person loose its weight. For women who want to decrease their cholesterol level and and heart disease markers eat a cup of dried apples every day for a year. Researchers think anti-oxidents and pectin in the apple help gain the benefits. Being a die hard dietician i would suggest fresh apple  as it would be more effective to satisfy the requirements.

So, it is not only the Florida  State study that link apple to heart health. Moreover soluble fibers in apples help lower the cholesterol level.
