India brought out a victory from the jaw of defeat; when it looked difficult with increasing run rate required almost more than double a run than a ball. With four crucial wickets gone, it did look almost impossible at one point. But one man was still there; the increase run rate couldn’t panic him; he was with a mission and the man was none other than the most Indian versatile batsman of current team, Virat Kohli.
When needed he again delivered it for the team cause. It was the time when he and Yuvraj Singh were bating in the middle. Yuvraj got an ankle injury while chasing the run and both were not able to run to convert ones into twos and threes. India still required mountain of runs to chase down Australia’s 160 in the ICC World T20 2016 Group- 2 matche. While struggling, Yuvraj found himself in trouble with pain in the angle and yet was fighting. But lastly he was out and then came into was India’s captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
After coming of MS Dhoni in the middle of the game, the match started to change quickly. The stylish Virat Kohli begun finding needed boundaries. Now right after that what the world witnessed was another master class and out-of-this-world innings from Kohli which drew India to stunning victory. Here the run chase master took India to semi-finals of the ICC World T20 2016 by beating out the mighty Australia in Mohali.
